When you visit a new construction sales center--even merely to collect initial information--take Ken or Alicia with you. This is important. The moment you step into a sales center without us, the builder will likely refuse to pay our commission and you will be left without representation (you are already spending your money on a new home; it is much better to have the seller pay for our commission). The builder will have their team; make sure you have yours.
